Hey lovely mammas! Complete vanity, but is there anything people used that they found helpful to prevent stretch marks or is this just genetics?

I was lucky that I didn’t get any stretch marks with my 3 pregnancies. I ate very well. I do know zinc is helpful when it comes to stretch marks because of the production of collagen. Also, vitamins A, C, and E are helpful. Stay hydrated!

Coconut oil was my best friend. The entire time I used it not one stretch mark, then I got too confident and stopped using it... now I have a few. 😑🤷🏽♀️

Genetics helped me out but I did get a couple on my boobs and hips. Bio oil seems to be making them less noticeable though.

I used Bio Oil, Coconut Oil and Sorbolene alternately every day during pregnancy and after pregnancy I exfoliated every second day around the areas that I thought would get stretch marks and applied the Oils or Cream. I haven’t got any stretch marks.
My Mother and Sisters got them. So genetics didn’t play a part for me 😊
