Honestly I just drink my protein powder with some almond or cashew milk, shake and it’s yummy!! Sometimes I blend it up with strawberries or mango!

Been incorporating meal replacement smoothies for 15 months! Pregnancy & breastfeeding safe; I’m still breastfeeding, going on almost 17 months! But these are super yummy and easy to whip up! Comes in powder form and just mix with water πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ
