Upperbody/Abdominal exercises?

Does anybody have any abdominal/midsection workouts? I'm currently trying to get in shape as we will be TTC #1 in September/October. I'm 40 lbs overweight and would just love some suggestions. My arms and belly got big and my upper body is my weakest point.
