My husband has had baby fever and I am terrified ! I'm surrounded by women both friends and family that have had miscarriages (late in their pregnancies like 8-9 months) and I can't help but wonder why not me? what makes me different? What makes me the exception to the rule? So I terrified of becoming pregnant and experiencing a lost. I think this is why I've been unable to conceive cause my mind is not there and I'm honestly so scared I think it's working against me. I downloaded apps to assist with knowing when I am most fertile but should I be doing more? How often should I be having sex? I just really don't know where to start and I've only really been "trying" for since November so maybe it's too soon. I started taking prenatal vitamins last year and drinking fertili-tea last month.

Personally, what helped me get pregnant was 1. Taking prenatals (the one-a-day brand) 2. After sex i would put my feet up on the headboard and sit in a “L” position to keep it in😹😹 and after doing that i got pregnant! Also check on your app when you’re most fertile
Best of luck to you and your husband!!

Sometimes those apps can be misleading to when you ovulate! Those apps usually default ovulation on your 14th cycle day, but this actually can be completely different woman to woman. It might be helpful to you to try ovulation prediction kits/strips so you get a better idea of when you might be ovulating and you’re truly fertile. You might wanna try the ClearBlue ovulation kit because it’s very easy to read! Some women also track their body basal temperature to confirm their ovulation, but try the strips first only and see how you do! Knowing your cycle and your body might alleviate some of your fears. Knowledge is power. You got this! Good luck to you!

I had a miscarriage, and it took us a long time to get pregnant again even with trying everything because I was so scared of miscarriage again. Once I got out of my head, relaxed, and had fun we got pregnant. You can do everything to be physically ready, but you need to make sure that you are in a really good place mentally. Our rainbow baby will be 3 in July.
Good luck momma and have fun. 😁

I recommended reading/listening to the audiobook A Mindful Pregnancy By Andy Puddycomb

Are you using opk tests to help figure out when you’re ovulating?
