I saw that there’s free classes for yoga? But I don’t see an option for like only moms? There’s Prenatal, moms & toddlers. I really want to do the moms & toddlers but my baby is only 3months😭

I would just look up videos! It’s a love instructor but she can’t see or hear you so it could be a recorded video anyways. 🤷🏻‍♀️
