I just came across a website that makes a children’s book for you! You just input your child’s first name and other things and the storyline for the book becomes associated with that. As in, the main character then has your child’s name :) Hoping to get one for my daughter soon. So far she is too young to really enjoy a book, but I read to her fairytales

Oh really? Whats the name of that website? Theres a place here in So Cal where they make an actual book with illustrations. Printing and binding. It’s pretty popular.

wonderbly.com!!

My son loves the book everyone poops lol

Haha I need to potty train🚽 my girl. Dont wanna get more diapers

I loved that book when I was little and I’m 26 😂

There was an old lady who swallowed a fly! And any book with dinosaurs in it

Haha nice! Does he know the names of the dinos

Not yet. Still just trying to get him to say dinosaur or Dino instead of “baaaaa!!” Lol. Lift the flap books are also fun for my son like “Where’s spot” and “dear zoo.” He loves books so much in general that we actually bring a book with us when we go out to dinner to entertain him if he’s about to get fussy.

When she was your daughter’s age she loved the Hungry Caterpillar, Goodnight Moon, Giraffes Can’t Dance & anything with pictures of animals. Now- she loves all things Fancy Nancy, The Crown on your Head & Love Monster

My oldest son fell in love with the Percy Jackson book series.

My daughters favourite book is Elmer lol xx

My son loves Harry Potter and Pokémon atm, my eldest daughter loves young girl novels & my youngest daughter can’t read but loves to flick through Disney princess books

My one year old son loves Star in the Jar by Sam Hayes. It’s a great bedtime or any time story, not too short or long and only about $8 from Amazon

My son loves Berenstain Bear books! He also loves Winne the Pooh, The Rainbow Fish. There is a great book called 10 Little Ladybugs that he absolutely loves! The lady bugs are raised so he can run his little hands over them the whole time we’re reading that one!

My daughter is only 18mo so these are all baby books but she LOOOOVES Sandra Boynton books. Any of them. All of them. They’re super cute. She likes the leslie patricelli books too. Her favorite books would probably be goodnight moon and Uni the unicorn if she could tell me, lol

I am not an Usborne consultant, but I buy a ton! As a house where we limit screen time, we have lots of books. Our "car book" which are books we keep exclusivly in the car for rides are a 4pack of mini machines and 199 zoo animals from Usborne. We also love all the lift a flap books we've gotten, and the shine a light books are amazing as well. Non usborne books we like are Llama Llama books, Dr Seuss books, and The Little Excavator (He took a nap holding onto this one day) and a peppa pig book thats a search and find. Depending on age the All Better! Book from Usborne is a bit interactive, and this is the book that got me hooked for my son.

I love Usborne Books!!! They are so awesome I really want to buy my son the all better one seems so cute

They're worth it! And they have a policy if it gets torn up (which this happens because lets face it kids are rough) they replace it and you pay onlu 1/2! What a deal.

We read a book every evening before bedtime! Due to this we have read tons of books! I have found that my daughter likes to be exposed to all genres of books! Her favorite books include: Llama Llama Red Pajama, No David!, Brown bear, Brown bear, What do you see? Just to name a few. Happy Reading!!

My daughter is almost 18 months. Her first favorites were Little Owls Night and Love You More (the latter has great flaps that hold up well with a young one). Later she also began to love the Pout Pout Fish (this is a family favorite now) we also the sequel, Pout Pout Fish and the Big Big Dark (not as good though). We also love the Usborne "That's not my..." series and just got "Never Touch a Monster" (I think this also has more that are similar. These are great touch and feel books. Lastly she makes me read "I Am a Princess" a zillion times over. This is one of those golden books or whatever. We don't do this one for bed though usually because my husband refuses to read it 😂

As soon as he could crawl he would always go to it and as soon as he could walk he would always bring it to me. It was our bedtime book so that could be why lol He now is also like that with a book called never touch a dinosaur. And of course he also loves his paw patrol books now
