Just found out 2 days ago that I’m 4 weeks pregnant. This will be rainbow baby as I had 2 miscarriages last year. I am getting slight cramping and just so so scared and need real human advice. I don’t want to pester the doctors and just thought Is slight cramping normal?

Likewise! It's so important to get support from other women with things like this! Well I'll definitely be sending positive thoughts to you 🥰

Congratulations 😊! I am a day or two behind you and have just found out I am pregnant too. I have been worrying because I've been having mild period like cramps every day since Sunday (so thought this month wasn't successful). I was so surprised when I got a positive test. I spoke to the GP and she said this is completely normal so I am trying not to worry too much! Your post really helped reassure me too reading everyone's comments so thank you 😊

Bless you! I'm just trying so hard to trust in my body and believe that it's doing what it's meant to be doing. I know it's already going so slow 😭 It's so nice to speak to others going through similar things though especially as we're not telling anyone straight away. Thank you so much ❤️

It surprised me too!! And I just thought no it’s not gonna happen for me again. I have spoken to my GP too and she also said it’s so normal. I feel like these 8 weeks are going to go so slow 😭😭😭😭 Congratulations on your baby ❤️

I’m 13 weeks pregnant. I had 5 miscarriages before so I know the worry. I’ve had moderate to servers cramping since week 5!!!

Bless you ❤️ it’s the worst thing losing them but staying positive is all we can do! Thanks you

I had quite bad cramping at 5-6 weeks. Cramping is normal during pregnancy. I am also expecting my rainbow baby 😃 Congratulations 🥳

Aw congrats. thanks so much for letting me know I definitely feel better today!

I had cramping and light bleeding around 6 weeks, doctor taught I was going to lose it because I had an ectopic pregnancy a few months before. Even though the cramping continue my baby is totally fine, I’m almost 38 weeks and about to meet my rainbow baby!! Doctors are not god, sometimes they are wrong, rest as much as you can, raise your feet, drink a lot of water, start taking prenatal vitamins and remain as calm as possible, and pray GOD Will listen 🙏 sending good vibes your way

Thanks so much ❤️ good luck!!

I had cramping up until 13 weeks. X

I had mild period cramps until i was 5 weeks pregnant, in my case it was normal, just everything stretching out☺️ you can ask for your GP to refer you at any point now, or self refer yourself to a hospital. I got my referral when I was about 6 weeks. If your cramping is really bad, one sided or accompanied with blood just go to A&E and they refer you to the Early Pregnancy Unit x Congratulations! 🌈

Ok thank you for your help. I just relate all cramps to bad signs as I’ve had 2 miscarriages. My doctor has given me progesterone tablets to help and I have been taking vitamin d and folic acid for over a month now so hopefully that’s helping me x

I am currently pregnant with my 5th baby and I lost the other 4! I am 26 weeks and he is just as healthy as can be! Rainbow, miracle babies are the best! I had cramping in the first trimester, even had some light pink bleeding. All turned out to be normal! Don’t stress :)

Aw wow congratulations x thanks 🙏🏻

Congrats

Thank you to everyone on here ❤️ the power of women lifting other women up is incredible. I feel much more positive x

Congratulations stay off your feet, take prenatal vitamins, start eating healthy now. Drinks lots of water. No smoking no illegal drugs of course. Most OBGYNs won’t take you until your 8 weeks pregnant. Keep stress level down keep negative people away. High blood pressure is not good when pregnant. Get your rest if your tired lay down. If you cramp and bleed go to ER. If cramping is severe and really bad go to ER. Some cramping is normal.

Hey, congratulations! I have had a miscarriage before and now in my 16th week of my pregnancy. I do remember feeling like my period was coming after I found out I was pregnancy and every so far has been fine. Try not to worry yourself, it is just your body making space for your baby 🥰

Congrats too!! That’s great news thanks so much for your reply x

Hi, I'm also 4 weeks pregnant and had 2 miscarriages. One of which I needed surgery for due to a blood sack developing and taking over the baby. So I know this feeling! I have booked an early reassurance scan to help put our minds at ease. Maybe something you could look into?

Yes I already have a scan booked in with my tommies ward at 7 weeks. I just finding it so so hard

Thanks you 🥰 Congrats!!!

Congrats 🌈💛 I had two miscarriages before having my first. Cramping can be normal but if you’re really worried it doesn’t hurt to call your Dr. It’s always nerve wracking after a loss, I hope you can enjoy your pregnancy and Little one once they arrive!

Thank you ❤️ congrats!!! Seems as though we have very similar stories. I’m trying my best not to be negative

Congratulations!!! I’ve miscarried before so I understand the anxiety. Take it easy.... if you go and get an ultrasound and see a baby in the sack for the most part you are probably okay. I didn’t suffer from cramps but I know a lot of women do. Just need to hear heartbeat and check w doc and I will keep you in prayers. Keep us updated on your journey. Good Luck

Firstly... before anything else CONGRATULATIONS 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈 Secondly, yes slight cramping is very normal in the early stages Finally, enjoy😌 I’ve lost a baby so I know anxiety can take hold but please enjoy this very precious time and start looking forward to your little bundle of joy 🥰

Feel free to message me anytime as I’ve gone through it all and still am going through it! I can’t promise anxiety will ever go but believe me you have to keep your mindset positive 🌈

Thanks so much Jade!!!! I literally feel sick (not sickness) thinking about it. I’m so nervous it’s overtaking any other emotion.
