Sleeping on belly!

So this morning, I’ve woken up to find my 4 months old LG asleep on her front. She’s been trying to do this for a while and I’ll be honest, because of SIDS, I’ve immediately tried to put her on her back again (mostly disturbing her sleep) or then she tries to flip back over again. She’s been able to roll from her back to front for a few weeks now but always gets stuck or struggled going front to back. With everything going on at the moment, and as a FTM, I’m extremely anxious about this and have been losing sleep over it. I’ve tried to get in touch with my HV about it with no luck - I appreciate I can’t ask for medical advice but I don’t know if this is normal, harmful or needs intervention. Thanks in advance.

Babies enjoy breathing. She will be fine.

If you put them down on their back and they roll you don't need to roll them. Just always start them on their back. 😊
