Have you tried cold solid foods? My little guy likes to munch on pieces of cucumbers, he has another tooth coming in now too. I know some moms who do ibuprofen instead of Tylenol. I would ask your doctor or a pharmacist if you’re worried about anything medication wise. I have also heard about making popsicles out of breast milk or formula or really anything to get some food in their belly.

Great idea! Thank u
I give a frozen waffle and he eats it and chews on it. We also give him Motrin because it seems to help more than Tylenol. I stress a lot about the food too, but let's remember it is a phase and it will be gone before we know it. You got this!

My baby loves frozen waffles as well! Just have to watch him biting off a big chunk!
Come join my new group called The Moody Baby! It's all about teething! I'm going thru the same thing and have no advice 😖😞 my tiny son is teething and for some reason stopped eating and it's become a full time job trying to get him to not lose weight 😞
Watermelon might sooth his gums - good luck mama x

I do the same
Might be worth a trip to the doc if hes losing weight 😥
Try ibuprofen. It helps the swelling go down. Also, we used to give my girls frozen waffles to chomp on. Never had a problem with choking cause as they defrost and get wet, the pretty much dissolve.

The cold helped their mouth and the hard waffle helped put pressure which relieves their gums.
When my girl is teething we go back to purees for a few days i still offer soilds but sometimes she wont take it. Shes just turning 11 months so she should be on solids all the time but sometimes as long as shes full i go to purees. Maybe cold milk as well
My daughter loves frozen fruit in the mesh pacifier! The cold really helps!
My little boy is just the same....teething and food and fluid goes out the window and its a battle to get him to have either for days on end... It is only temporary, as soon as the pain dies down with a few nights of calpol they eat and drink you out of house and home!! We're 8 teeth down and 2 more on their way
For some odd reason, my little one loves to suck on frozen wash cloths that we get wet and freeze in a sandwich bag! He then will gnaw on it and suck the water as it’s melting. Just have to make sure there’s no loose strings on the wash cloth. We typically use new ones frequently and baby ones.

He also likes the baby orajel that is without the benzocaine. It offers his some short term relief, but it seems to help and calm him.
Amber necklace Vibrating teether Rubbing nighttime orajel on the nipple of the bottle Wet rag, freeze it have them chew on it Freeze fruit Popsicles (is juice fruit and put in popsicle tray)
If you have one of those food mesh things I can't remember what they're called now. Try putting an ice cube in it. Your baby can chew on it without chocking and the ice will cool the gums.
I'm in a similar boat right now, 10 months old and two top teeth. I use motrin around the clock basically, and offer soft foods, bananas, yogurt, applesauce. Tons of ice tethers regularly.
There's also bibs that u can get from Walmart that has the teething things on it that u can put in the freezer my daughter loved them

I definitely recommend the teething pacifier! Just freeze some fruits or breast milk if you're nursing and put them in there. Hope your sweet babe gets some relief soon ❣️
My son loves watermelon, especially the rind when it’s really cold from the fridge.
The Nuby brand has a natural soothing gel with chamomile. It worked well for me.
I give my baby teething sticks or pretzel sticks. He doesn’t really like teething sticks because that would be too easy for me. He does like pretzel sticks though. They are these fat ones from aldi. Just watch him. If he bites it or it gets soft, you got to switch it.
Fillable teether in the freezer. You can put a little pureed food in it so baby gets to eat and gets relief from those growing teeth! 🤗
Side bar: what are the numbers on the teeth for? Are these the ideal order in which these teeth will arrive or the number of months of baby?

Called Ashton and parsons and o think you can get it on Amazon in the US x
Gerber makes banana teething sticks that get mushy .. my son loves them especially for the side teeth and molars
What do the numbers on the teeth mean?
Copaiba essential oil!! It’s the only thing that works for my daughter. We rub one drop on her gums
Have you tried amber bracelet? It worked wonders for my little one x

You can get them online but makesure it come with a little certificate to say it’s real amber. Lots of eBay fakes out there. There not too expensive ours were about £10 ea
Where did you get it from?
For my daughter I used to wet her wash cloth and put it in a baggie then put it in the freezer that helped her a lot a popsicles work to cause it numbs the gums
Or a Pacifier put it in a baggie and put it in the freezer
Or you can try a banana put it in a baggie and put it in the freezer and let your baby nibble on that and it’ll help the gums
Try a cold cloth put it in the freezer , also give warm bottles

They won’t choke? My daughter is only 8 months
Have you tried freezing solids in a fresh food feeder and giving it to him? I squeeze some food or make tiny milk cubes and he chews on it and it helps him get his nourishment
Defo parson powder, also what I magic is Anbesol ask pharmacy. You sure he hasn't got thrush? As that what happens baby's won't take there bottles as there mouth that sore . If he has white tounge defo check could be the reason. So ● Anbesol ● Ashton and parsons powder ●Bongela ● tommee tippee mouth guard things you put in fridge ● cold cucumber to chew one ● dummy in freezer ● Muslim cloth freezer Loads bongela , but defo check for thrush as my girl was same she refused and it was thrush. You will get antibiotics from Dr if it is. Try all them ideas it's helped me
Also phone your hv or Dr ger them checked if he's losing weight. He's obviously in too much pain I really think it's thrush as that's when they stop waiting. Feel for you it's hard I was there for a few weeks and thank god I got antibiotics put it away and she was eatting again
I got the fresh food feeder and put frozen fruits in it and it relieves the pain
I use frozen mango seeds!!! Works like a charm. Also frozen avocado it’s high in fat and it gets mushy so no chocking hazard!
I'm exactly in the same situation!! My baby is 8 months... 😭
Liquid anbesol all the way ive used it with all 6 of mine xxx
Freeze Dummy, all chewy silicone ones. Parsons, Try yoghurt then make his food slightly warm. Bongela, go back to puree foods. Only way my daughter was eating. Also cereal, ice poles
Cucumber is 1 teething rings bonjela or even a little bit of whisky around the gums
I’m in the opposite spectrum, my baby is 13 months (11m adjusted) and no sign in sight that he’s going to start teething soon. He was born v preemie but starting to get concerned
I was told by my pediatrician not to use oral-jel, esp when sleeping bc the baby may swallow too much gel causing the throat to numb with chance of baby aspirating with their own saliva in their sleep.
I would freeze like a strawberry or freeze apple sauce and put it on one of those mesh eating thing. Not sure what it's called.
Sending so much love your way! Teething babies is the worst. So sad to see them in pain and not be able to just take the pain away. Hope he is starting to do better ❤️🤗
