Hey girl!! Try coconut oil and a daily massage 🙏🏼 there are also these rollers that have tiny needles you roll in your skin to tighten it! I believe Walmart has them.

It’s a bit pricey, but microneedling with stem cell treatment helps improve the skin tightness and stretch marks. A licensed esthetician can do this. I did that after my second. Otherwise I’d also recommend weight lifting to build some muscle under the loose skin and tone up to improve appearance. Stay hydrated inside and out and avoid sun exposure without sunscreen

Thanks lovely. I don’t mind myself in certain clothes but it’s impossible to love or even like myself in underwear :( xxx
No, it’s not impossible, it’s just impossible with your current mindset. Your body has gained weight and lost weight and created babies. That is going to affect your skin. I hope someday you can love and appreciate your body for what it’s done for you.
I'm struggling with the same!

It’s a nightmare isn’t it :( cx
It is--take it from someone who was bodybuilding immediately before pregnancy. I'm just trying to be kind as much as possible. I also know that it will take time. You can use oils and creams to support the skins suppleness and see if collagen supplements can assist. Skin has a cycle of ~6 weeks so give it time, build muscle to fill it out. I reframe the new body as battle scars/right of passage. Does it FEEL better when you exercise at least? I've resorted to high waisted pants to hide the area from myself so I'm not constantly reminded
I personally think you look great! I feel you though I have 4 kids and my body is gross the excess skin makes me feel rancid. I'll probably give it another month but I'm be doing core exercise weight lifting etc.

Also think I may save for a tummy tuck 😂
You look amazing 😍 I would recommend working out and toning up it really helped me with the loose skin on my belly and moisturise constantly so your skin gets more plump

Hi !! You can probably also invest in some small dumbbells like 8 pounds and do some toning exercises to tone up the loose skin

Ahh thanks beauts!
I know some products that may help, message me.
I am so sorry to hear that. You did an amazing job losing the weight and then to be stuck with excess loose skin that won't tighten is a nightmare. If you lost the weight so fast to have the hanging excess skin then try considering having a consultation with a surgeon to correct this? Like get his opinon if the excess skin can be reduced or tighten through exercise or other means. Just a thought.
I’m in the uk hun!!! Do you happen to know the name of the roller?xxx
