My son is 18 months and is not saying any words as yet. He will take us to the door of he wants to go outside or put our hands to whatever he wants us to do. We always tell him the word and repeat it before giving him what he is asking for. Any other suggestions?

My son is 22 months old and says mama, dada, no, baba. That’s it. He’s said/tried to say a couple other words but does it once and then never tried again. We read to him and talk to him all the time. Should I be concerned?? Is there anything I can do to help him?? He grew up in a bilingual household of that makes any difference. He clearly understands 90% of what I ask him to do so I just don’t know why he isn’t speaking more.
