This year, more than ever, it's important for us to share our feelings.

In support of World Mental Health Day, we're sharing inspiring soundbites from our community and beyond. ❤️ So many of you are fighting battles that no one knows anything about, so we hope our collection of words serves as a reminder that you’re never alone, and always supported. “As mothers, we need to have more unashamed, no judgement conversations around mental health and wellbeing. The time is now to make a change” - Sheryl “When you’re struggling to conceive, it’s okay to be upset, it’s okay to feel it’s not fair, it’s okay to not be okay.” - Izzy “The thing I found the hardest was the lack of ‘joy’ after giving birth. The media always portrays women loving every minute, and I felt quite the opposite.” - Sophie To see the full collection, head to our Instagram 👉 https://www.instagram.com/p/CGKohocDdru/?igshid=abd81caltw3i Please stand with us and share your own words of encouragement in the comments! 👏

@Roz I can totally relate. I feel like I should be feeling emotions stronger at times & feel like I can’t if that makes any sense

@Amber it was such a weird time. For me personally it's had lingering effects. I feel so much like I struggle to make connections with people, things. It's like now I know what I need to do but in ways can't do it. Wasn't like that before the lockdowns.

@Roz I didn’t make that connection 🤔 I felt a lot of emotional disconnection during isolation too
