This must be hard but please try and rest ❤️ could someone give you a massage, or you could listen to relaxing music or a podcast to distract yourself? There’s no evidence that anything will happen with your baby! FYI - https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/people-at-higher-risk/pregnancy-and-coronavirus/

@Morgan Williams absolutely get that! Just stay in touch with your midwives / hospital as needed. All the evidence so far shows that pregnant women are not any more at risk at becoming seriously unwell. Drink plenty of fluids and do try and distract yourself a bit. Keep us posted here if you can x
Try and relax the more you relax the better it will be for you and baby. You will be completely fine. You need sleep 🛏 ❤️❤️

Scared to sleep don’t ask why😂 hopefully I can shake it off and get back to being me!xx
I know what you mean. You’re scared and anxious. Happens to the best of us. If I get really scared I listen to meditation music on YouTube or sometimes listen to shamanic healing on YouTube as well. Chills your mind out. You will come through this. It’s difficult but you will ❤️
That’s horrible 🥺 only natural to worry but like you say the baby should be well protected in there, hope you get better soon & happy birthday ❤️ xx

I know I just hate being unwell!xx
Thank you xx
Sounds stupid but are you scared to go to sleep incase you wake up feeling worse? It just that’s how I feel when Ill, have you got people close by that can help you while you are Ill xx

Yeah I’m petrified ro sleep while unwell in case something happens through the night or if I’m up in the morning I’m on a downhill spiral x
Honestly I think you will be fine, you need to keep your mind off it and your baby is absolutely fine and you will be too! Try sleep as it will make you feel worse staying awake xx
Firstly, Happy birthday!! Big 21 🥳 what do you find usually helps ease your mind? Try not to focus so much on actually sleeping. Put your most comfy PJs on, get your favorite pillow/blanket & binge some of ypur favorite shows. Maybe you'll drift off maybe you won't but the less you try to sleep the more likely you will drift off & really any rest is good for you & bubs. I hope you aren't having too harsh symptoms of covid. I won't try to say I understand because I haven't had it but we have all seen the impact it has had on the world. You just focus on resting up, eating lots of vitamin c & keeping hydrated. Praying for you & bubs to get better ASAP xxx

I haven’t had such tough symptoms I did at first, a bad cough not being able to breathe but now all I have is W cold and a sore swollen throat which I have antibiotics to help get rid of! I normally just watch telly but these days my mind is so else where’ I know the baby can’t be harmed it’s more to do with me worrying about getting worse and stuff but I know I’m a big girl and can get through this xx
That's good news! Are you drinking plenty of fluids? Lemon & honey water either hot or cold might help? Some chamomile tea? It's so hard to take your mind off everything but you'll need some rest whether actually sleeping or just letting your body lay so it can heal. Do you like reading? Listening to music? Hopefully you get some rest. I get tonsilitis alot & I always dread going to sleep in case I wake up worse off but I'm a mum of 2 under 2 with another on the way so I've learnt to try to adjust my expectations & just lay & read until my eyes can't stay open any more 😂
Let the music take you on a ride. Fingers crossed you feel better soon! I hate it when I can't smell or taste. Really pevvs me 😂 worse part of being sick. Good luck birthday girl! Hopefully you & that beautiful bub will be back to 1000% soon xx

Happy birthday!
Happy Birthday!! 🎉 I just wanted to reassure you, I also was tested positive while pregnant and even though your worried please and try rest and sleep...it’s the best thing! I had symptoms for three days and then started to feel a lot better, I made sure I was eating little and often, sleeping whenever I felt I needed to and just relaxing the best I could. X
How you feeling? I have just tested positive but I’m day 4. When did you feel better and did get worse at any point x

It’s day four for me tomorrow. My tastes and smell have gone but everything else ha calmed down x
That’s good. Are you feeling better? Sounds like me I don’t feel too bad just don’t want to get worse xx
Try not to read what people post online, you’ll read things from one extreme to the next. I’ve had a few friends who had it and they only seemed like they had a really bad cold and within a few days they were feeling better, so try not to panic! Maybe read a book before bed or listening to relaxing music to help get you to sleep. Good luck!

I’m keeping myself calm! Making sure I don’t go on social media and keep myself sane!cx
My bosses sister was pregnant and had tested positive. Her baby was doing great and she had the same symptoms. She just meditated alot to try and calm her nerves and worry. Good luck
I know I got reassured about the baby in more upset about me as I know what people have been through! Scares the hell out of me!xx
