Yess but only one cup ! If im craving more coffee i have decaf 💕 You can have 200mg of caffeine. One coffee is about 80-110mg.

I didn’t drink any coffee during my pregnancy because I didn’t want to risk taking in too much caffeine. Same with tea. I had a Coke here and there, but that’s it.

I’m still drinking coffee everyday , I just drink one cup of it

They say it’s safe but I am paranoid about miscarriages so I’m waiting until 2nd trimester to have a cup :)

Its also because it messes with your hormones so if your hormones aren't working to begin with caffeine makes it worse. I only know this due to research and my own hormones and 2 out of my 3 miscarriages where due to my hormones xx

Good idea. Coffee is a diuretic so it can cause dehydration if your not consuming enough water. Dehydration can lead to cramping and that can cause a miscarriage. It’s recommended for pregnant women to drink at least 1 gallon of water a day.

1 cup a day is safe during pregnancy.

I've never been a big caffeine drinker, but I would usually have a nice cup of coffee in the afternoon as I love the taste. It's so annoying because about 6 weeks into the pregnancy I went completely off coffee, yet I know how much I usually like one. If I could stomach it, I would still be having just one a day. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee on my behalf x

It makes me sad 😢 I'm missing my afternoon cappuccino with a small treat. I can't imagine me wanting one until after the baby has arrived, I think my distaste in coffee is here to stay x

Same here! 22 weeks now and still can’t stomach it 🤦🏻‍♀️

Had one a day in my pregnancy- luckily the Nespresso decaf tasted so goodn I would up on them if I fancied more x

I have 8 punches of coffee every morning and then switch to decaf if I’m really needing something warm and comforting in the afternoon :)

I drink one small coffee once a week, and one cup of tea in the mornings on the other days.

I haven't but coffee severely messes with your hormones so that was my reasoning behind it now I just don't want to have it, I know you can in small doses but I'd rather have a piece of chocolate xx

I was only drinking decaf tea and coffee

Thanks all!!

100% still having my one coffee a day, as a chronic migraine sufferer a coffee a day can mean the difference between getting a migraine and not getting one. And being pregnant is hard enough!

Yeah I'm still having 1 coffee a day x

I drink coffee some weeks more than others. I noticed when i do drink coffee my baby moves a ton for long periods of times so I’m sure she gets that caffeine as well 😅

I don't really bother with coffee but I doubt it would harm your baby

I have my morning coffee still.

Here is the guidance from NHS UK about caffeine- https://www.nhs.uk/common-health-questions/pregnancy/should-i-limit-caffeine-during-pregnancy/ I have switched to decaffeinated (much better than it used to be) to ensure I don't have to worry about fancying a second coffee etc and also don't worry about having a chocolate treat and having to account for that caffeine in food also.

You can, i was told by both my drs it doesn’t affect the baby. I did through oht the whole pregnancy.
