Yes! I was afraid my fingers would swell too much lol
I've been taking mine off once a week for like two days each time. I know I could buy a silicone, but I'm obsessed with my rings. I am having a c section though and do NOT want them getting cut off. So I just make sure I'm good weekly.
Hi with my first baby, had to get the fire station next to my family house to cut it. As I couldn’t get it off.
My husband bought my first ring set too big and then bought the right size later so I just used the first set when my hands got swollen😂
I had to take mine off halfway through. My daughter is now almost 6 and I haven't worn it since. 😅 I just got used to no jewelry, ever.
Yes. My fingers were so swollen so I couldn’t wear it. As soon as I gave birth it went straight back on lol x
Yea at 39 weeks
I thought I could wear mine but by the end my fingers swelled so much I almost couldn’t take it off
I took mine off because my fingers got ridiculously fat! It started fitting me again a few weeks postpartum
Near the end I had to put them around my necklace
My dad had to cut mine off. 😅😅😅
Hi had to take mine off for the third trimester. When were you able to get them back on? Or did you have to get the resized?? X
I had to take mine off the whole last few weeks. My fingers swelled so bad that I couldn’t get my ring past my the skin before my knuckle. One time I tried to get my ring off so I had to slip my hands in a heavy oil and coax it off. I heard a pop and stopped wearing it until after I had the baby.
Lucky, I was able to wear my ring my entire pregnancy. I was ready to by a replica during my pregnancy in case my hands were swollen.

I had to take mine off and I wore them around my neck on a necklace
I take it off at night because it did get stuck a couple times in the morning due to swelling.
i’m 31 weeks and just took mine off 😭
I got lucky my hands and feet sister swell with bith pregnancies x
Yes! My fingers were so swollen!

I’m 33 weeks and so far my hands haven’t swelled (🤞🏼 it continues like that) can’t say the same about every other parts of my body 🥲
My engagement ring started getting stuck around the end of the second trimester so i wore it around my neck for a while and then I ended up ording a set of rubber rings that were obviously a bigger size and it did the job!!
Yes I did and I wore it around my necklace
My hands never swelled when I was pregnant so I kept my rings on.
I couldn’t wear it due to swelling!
I was so stubborn, the signs were there but I just was like oh well it’ll go way later. I had to get mine cut off about a month after I gave birth to my daughter. And I cried like a big baby. It was so painful 😣
I took mine off after it got difficult getting it on and off. Wore it a week postpartum with no problems!
I wore a replacement ring which was a size than my actual rings and still needed to get it cut off! I couldn’t fit my rings again until my baby was 10 months old

My ring started getting stuck during 2nd trimester so I took it off at 16 weeks.
I'm 36 weeks and tempted to start wearing it around my neck on a necklace. It's too big when I'm not swollen, but way too small when I do swell. I've had a scare or two lately
I had mine on until I gave birth at 35+1. I didn’t wear it for a little while after because I was afraid of accidentally scratching my little one with it, but it still fit. I was shocked because nothing else did 😂
I took mine off sometime in the 2nd trimester and now 7months pp I wear it but it’s snug you can get those rubber wedding rings if you still want to wear one and can’t they’re pretty cheap
I took mine off and put it back on two weeks pp
Some of my in-laws kept telling me that my feet and fingers are going to swell so much that I'll have issues with my ring and even with shoes. But that didn't happen. My ankles swelled a little but not so much that it bothered me. The people that told me these things are also on the heavier side and I'm not. I hope this holds true for my future pregnancies as well.
Yess. I was being stubborn so I would still keep it on even though my fingers were swollen until one day I cried because I almost couldn’t take it out 😂 But I don’t wear it at all anymore.
I never took mine off 🤷🏻♀️ not even for when I gave birth. My hands never swelled up so I never felt like my ring was bothering me. And then at the hospital, no one told me I should or have to take it off so I kept it on
Hi mommas. Its so relieving to see other people going through the same things as me. I'm 33+4 and I've my fingers have cramps-like feelings and look like sausages, my feet are ballooning by day. Baby 👶 kicking me like a football at the same time, as if all that im going through is not enough 😅.
With my first pregnancy I wasn’t able to wear it from the 3rd trimester until 1 month pp. I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant with my second baby and had to stop wearing mine around 27 weeks. I just wear a silicon band until my wedding ring fits again.
Yes and it’s been off since 🤣
I’m almost 6 months PP and my rings just started fitting me on and off. I lost all the weight within a few weeks of giving birth but breastfeeding causes a lot of joint inflammation. Don’t rush to resize anything ☺️
Mine still fits but I’m sure I won’t be able to wear it for a while afterwards
Yes! & 4m pp still can’t fit it back on 🤦🏼♀️
I recommend getting a nice gold or silver chain and wearing around your neck. That’s what I plan to do when it starts getting irritated.

Yes I had to get a new ring cause I became allergic to the metal of my old one.
Left mine one for first pregnancy and was fine. Swelled for my second. Had to take it off. Needed to get it resized after daughter was born.
I did and got a silicone ring from Amazon for less than $10 and wore that the rest of my pregnancy, L&D, and post delivery.
I had to get a whole new ring with my first pregnancy lol it got to tight and was giving me rashes under it...plus i worked st chipotle and had to ware gloves all day it was horrible....after i had my son i lost a bunch of weight and my ring was to big...so apparently my body couldn't make up its mind or it just didn't like the ring haha jk i loved it!
I had to get mine cut off
I did take mine off as soon as it started getting tight. I replaced it, however, with a fashion ring a couple sizes up and wore that as a stand in until my swelling subsided post-baby.
