Sanitary towels in hospital bag
Morning all, so I’m 30 weeks today and preparing my hospital bag and I seriously don’t know which pads to take with me? Do I just take normal ‘Always’ pads or do I have to take any thicker? If so, what do you recommend?

I took Tesco maternity pads with me and they were great. Definitely size up on underwear ☺ They gave me my first couple of pads and then I needed to use my own.
They won’t give you it here in the U.K. like in the US. They may give you one they did for me to go in the disposable knickers they gave me but other than that I used the lil let’s maternity and they were the best ones I got as they had wings xx

They will give you all that at the hospital so I wouldn’t worry about packing any! But to have at home, I’d get the biggest ones you can. And maybe even the Always discreet underwear (sexy I know).
