I feel anxious about not having the baby’s name. We have a favourite Luke or Lucas/Luca. I am Mexican and my husband is Scottish. I would like to receive a sign from heaven to choose the name! Heeelp

Help with nicknames

Hello! Need some brainstorming on baby n2’s nickname. We found a name we love Nathaniel / Nathanaël but I’m struggling liking the nicknames. Nano was one I really liked but my partner doesn’t « is he an iPod? 🤣 » even though I doubt any of his generation will know what that is 🙄

I’ve googled the main ones and just not a massive fan. If anyone is creative and has an idea that would 100% secure the name id be truly grateful! Xx

Can't anyone recommend a name stamper that actually works please. My not so little girl starts preschool in September and EVERYTHING needs labeling including her socks and pants.

Baby name disagreement

We are having a son and my husband wants to give the baby his name and have him be a junior. I don’t want that. I want them to have different middle names, and give the baby my father’s middle name. He originally agreed to that, and then changed his mind once he realized that wouldn’t make our son a true jr. Now he is insisting the child take his name. He really wants this. I’m sad that I don’t have a say in this. Am I out of line?

He did tell me I could name every kid after this whatever I want. I suppose it’s a compromise but I don’t even want full say. I want us to pick the names together.

Im afraid of his name choice...

So i got to name our first baby because it was a girl and we both agreed on the middle name because our moms happened to have the same middle name! Now this time its a boy and he gets to pick the first name and I get to pick the middle name. The problem is this...he likes older "classic" names. If he goes with William i will pick Cade as the middle name and call him Cade primarily (i want to avoid nick names like little willy) But recently he has expressed that he might want to use his name. I really dont want to tell my husband that I dont like his name. But I also dont want to name my son something I hate. Ugh....im gunna have to tell him aren't I?!?!

Labeling belongings?

So my daughter's daycare is requesting that everything is labeled with her first and last name. How do you label pacifiers?? It does say they need to be labeled and they are not allowed to have pacifier clips. Also her name is long 9 letters first 8 letters last. Suggestions???
