Hey girls
What do we do with our 6 month old to keep them entertained?
My little boy seems to get bored after 10 mins or so🤣xx

So I’ve got twins and up until now I’ve sort of found things that will settle them so I can get things done. Recently as they are becoming more aware and playful I’ve found it so hard to keep them entertained so I can just have a bit of me time or do something that needs doing, anyone found anything that helps? They have their play gyms, we also go out more now but it seems to have amped up a notch in being a bit hard doing it on my own when my partners working!

I know this question is so vague but I feel I should be disciplining my children better as telling them not to do something just isn’t cutting it. What examples/ ways of disciplining do you go by? I have 2 toddlers so they sometimes fight and my eldest will often take the toys away from my youngest when he’s playing.

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this issue. My baby was born January this year so next summer I want to have a play area set up in the backyard for him- our front yard is very small as we live in a culdesac but our backyard quite big but is very uneven and almost like a hill. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what did you do? Eventually I want to have a swing set but obviously I can’t do that on a hill

Any of you moms made a gift list? Specifically guests for the party? I’m so lost on what to get my daughter she mostly plays w her brother’s toys. Eyeing this small karaoke machine, but that’s about it. 🤷🏻♀️

My boy unknowingly broke my heart today. He used to LOVE school. He would cry when summer break would start, and he loved going to school. He hates school now. I said to him, “you used to love school!” He responded, “yeah because I had friends back then. I have no friends. Kids don’t talk to me”. 🥺💔 My heart just aches for him. He’s 10 and he’s in the 5th grade. Any advice? He doesn’t do sports, but I would like to get him into some sort of activity that he’ll enjoy.

Hi I just wanted to see if anyone is experiencing the same thing. My toddler will be 17 months in a few days and he hardly plays with his toys/read his books by himself anymore. He used to sit and play or read his books for quite a while throughout the day but now he just follows me around the house and he rather play with household things instead of his toys if I am doing things around the house. I do sit and play/read with him and that seems like the longest he will play with his toys if I am right next to him.
I’m wondering if this is a phase with the clingyness as I want to get him some good developmental toys for when he’s 18 months but Im worried he won’t play with them.

Hey everyone! I was hoping to go to the Paley museum this Saturday at 1pm with my 6 year old son. It’s totally free for up to 6 more people if you join me. It’s a museum for video games which I think will be fun!

I’m not sure what to get my LO for Christmas. He will be 4 months old and I just have no idea but feel guilty because for my daughter’s first Christmas I had loads of ideas but I feel like we have everything from my daughter.

Hi. I will be going to Asia (14h flight) with my 15m twins. I didn't buy seats for them. They will be on our lap ( a seat is 2k each). Do you know what we can bring amd what I should bring on the plane? My twins still drink with a bottle. How many bottles should I bring and how do you wash them on the plane? They should drink cow's milk at that age but isn't formula easier to bring cause it doesn't need to be refrigerated? What food would you bring? Any other things I should think of?

We’ve got all the toys in the world but I think he probably have too many and need a good sort out.
Looking for simple ideas (like playing the pots and pans) or something I can make

Hi everyone! 👋🏼
I’m looking to take our baby on holiday in December/January, when he’ll be around 3–4 months old. We’ll be flying from London and ideally looking for somewhere short-haul and baby-friendly.
We’ve been looking at places such as Tenerife, Gran Canaria and Lanzarote, but open to other suggestions too!
Would love to hear from anyone who has travelled with a baby around this age. Looking for recommendations for baby friendly hotels/resorts that made the holiday smoother!
Thanks in advance! 💕
