My first time using an OPK!

This is my first time taking an ovulation test strip. According to this my ovulation is high right now? Not trying for a baby but trying to learn my body rhythm for next year after getting married. Any tips on these tests? How to keep track of things? DOES this mean my ovulation is high at the moment? Help! I have PCOS so if this means that I actually ovulate that’d be really exciting for me.

Girl same, except I plan on trying the end of this year. The app that I use tells me if it's high or low which is helpful. It's the Femometer app. I load them to it and it keeps them in a chart form, I'm also tracking BBT as well.

Try to monitor your temperature at as well as opks you’ll deffo be able to see if you ovulated

I take forever to take them, lol. Make sure I'm not shaking or have too much shade
