12 week and night feeds

I see so many posts on here regarding babies of a similar age sleeping through the night. My little one currently still does 2 night feeds. He is formula fed and goes to bed for 7pm and wakes up for a feed between 11:30 and 12:30pm and then again between 3-4pm. Does anyone else’s baby still wake for 2 night feeds? ...

Newborn Daytime Naps

I have a little girl (5 weeks old) and am just wondering how long everyone let’s their babies sleep for during the day. My daughter will quite happily sleep for 3-4 hours sometimes. Should I be waking her up earlier so that she’s awake for longer during the day? She is currently sleeping 4-6 hour stretches at night....

Moving baby to own room

Hello! We want to move our 6 month to the bigger cot as she’s getting too big for the snuzpod and isn’t able to move as much as she’d like I don’t think. Unfortunately the cot doesn’t fit in our room though so she’ll be in the nursery. LO is EBF and I currently feed to sleep (occasionally partner bounces). As she’s...

How to fit it all in?!

My little boy is just about to turn 8 months and I'm struggling to fit everything into day and still have time to leave the house/go to classes. He still has 3 naps, 2 meals and 6 milk feeds. How would you change our routine to fit the third meal in? Should I just wait for him to drop the 3rd nap before doing 3 meal...

Using monitor

Just curious - online says to always have baby sleep in same room day and night until 6 months. We have a solid bedtime routine and sleep routine but this isn’t until 9pm where we go up to bed with him. Has anyone put baby to bed earlier and used a monitor? My baby is 12 weeks today.

Baby classes during nap time

What do you do if a baby class clashes with when your baby is most likely going to be napping? I can’t shift the schedule because it’s happening today at 13:30😅

Does it get easier?

First time mom here, my partner just returned to work this week and it’s my first time solo parenting. We used to split the nights so we could each get 4-5 hours of sleep but I’m now doing nights alone so he can sleep before he goes to work, and also alone with the baby all day as well. Only 3 days into it and I fee...

8 week old not sleeping

I see all these posts about peoples 7/8 week olds sleeping through the night. Mine won’t sleep long eat than 3hrs, max. Last night, after trying to settle him from 9pm in the bedroom, my son wouldn’t go down to sleep until 1.30am, he then woke at 4.30am and there’s no sign of him going back to sleep. He just cried...

5am wake ups!?

I mustn't complain... My baby has finally started sleeping well. We've had awful sleep since Janaury, and now he goes down about 7.15/7.30ish and tends to sleep through... until 5. But then he's wide awake. We've tried black out blind, shushing, rocking, feeding, bringing him into bed...all to no avail. He can self ...

Is this sleep regression?

My boy is 11 nearly 12 weeks and has always had the same routine since the day we Brought him home. He goes to bed between 8 and 10 and normally will wake between 1 and 3 for a feed depending on what time he went down. Over the last almost week his sleep had just gone out of the window. We still try go to bed at the...

Earlier or later bed time

My 5 month old currently goes to bed between 8-9pm (usually closer to 9:30 by the time I get her down). I let her have her last nap and sleep no later than 7 then it’s 2 hours from then and we do our evening routine in that time. I feel like we’ve come out of the regression and she was sleeping a bit better but rece...

2nap routines

Just wondering those on 2 naps your routines. Currently on 3 naps with 2.5 wake windows, do I just keep trying to extend wake windows for a bit? Super scared of a early bed time meaning an early wake 🙈
