What do you use or found that works best for hair loss and breakage? I was diagnosed with pcos in March, my hair was at the bottom of the list to figure out how to manage. I swear it’s a rats nest literally seconds after I brush it. I braid it when going to sleep I don’t wear high buns or pony’s or anything really...

What is the best ovulation induction medication for PCOS? I’ve heard Letrozole is better for people with PCOS with higher ovulation rates? Any thoughts/recommendations?
