Spicy salad!

Yall this salad right here!! Lol sautéed chicken tenderloins I had left over,mini cucumbers,purple onion(I'm a raw onion lover🤣) fresh jalapeno cut,arugula and jerk ranch(mix jerk rub with ranch). If you love spicy food this is the one...it may have you going to the bathroom though so tread lightly lol.

Is it worth spending lots of money on fertility vitamins?

TTC for almost 12 months. We’ve been taking the usual folic acid, magnesium, vitamin d, zinc with copper, omega-3 and something else that I can’t remember right now 😅 obviously still haven’t been successful so I’m wondering if it’s worth spending £50 per month on ones like Proceive or if should just carry on what I’m doing? I basically don’t want to be mugged off by vitamin brands so I’m looking to hear if the more expensive brands do actually work better? 😂

Toddler vitamins

Hello, my little boy is 2.5 and I’m wondering what vitamins you guys are giving your little ones? I want to give the gummies but they’re all 3 years plus??? But he’s getting a reoccurring cough at the moment and I am just trying to build his immune system up. He used to have the Arla blue milk with all the vitamins in but we’ve now stopped this so need something else.

looking for ways to get active. i bedrotted my whole first trimester and i have so much energy in my second trimester. i was thinking of picking up pilates but like is that crazy for almost 6 months?😅

Pilates at home

Give me your recommendations for pilates at home. YouTube or other sources. I used to go to the gym & have a membership at a pilates studio but my husband is just not able to watch our son so I can reasonably go & maintain my membership 🥲( due to his work schedule)

Multivitamin

My 18 month old is a pretty good eater. I make most of his meals and I buy healthy snacks for him. Will there be any benefit to picking up a toddler multivitamin for when he’s older?

Pregnancy vitamins

I have been suffering a lot with sickness. My midwife mentioned at my booking appointment that the pregnancy vitamins can sometimes make it worse and a lot of them are actually not necessarily needed - just folic acid and vitamin D.
Since then I have swapped my usual Pregnacare for Boots folic acid and vitamin D. I have noticed a massive difference and feel much less nauseas! However, I feel as though not getting all the vitamins must be a negative for me and baby.
Anyone else in same position?

Watermelon

This is how I cut watermelon. I couldn’t simply cut it open straight down. Instead, I cut all around it and then cut it into pieces. However, I do want to make a Jell-O watermelon. Alternatively, I could cut it all out and then put it back and let it cool, but that would require beef gelatin.

Hi ! Spaghetti pasta for dinner 🍽️

So, I’ve made spaghetti goulash and a Mason jar of my juice. However, I wish I had garlic bread with it. I usually make garlic bread with baguettes or bake my own homemade bread. But I’m still learning how to make bread, especially gluten-free bread. It’s not easy because trying to change my diet. It’s so hard!

Very freshly postpartum but have a few holidays coming up this year and want to get into working out but would probably benefit from going to a class/group session where I have someone telling me what to do/to shout at me as I literally have no clue and no motivation😂😂 anyone know anywhere good in north Tyneside / Newcastle area?
