Hi guys. I’m on the mini pill and have been since I had my first child (a little over 2 years ago). I’ve never had problems but today I have period cramps and when I wiped there was a lot of blood. I’ve never had a period on the pill. What could this indicate please? TIA

5 PP and "terrified" of getting pregnant again. Can someone share their experience with the coil ? Or other effective contraception? I was on the pill in the past and not very good at taking pills consistently plus it affected me mentally.
