I’d suggest looking at core and floor B is a midwife and has created a free antenatal program of maybe 8 videos - really valuable information!

Hi Caitlin, Yes i am doing this course at Nepean on 1st and 2nd April. Check this out https://calmbirth.com.au to see if it’s available within your LHD.

Check the website as suggested by Surma. My partner and I did these classes and they were perfect. More informative/personable than the average hospital led antenatal classes. You'll learn great strategies, which hospitals practice Calmbirth and feel overall more confident about labour. Good luck!
