I follow a similar diet that you mentioned. I eat rice though. I try to focus my meals with whole foods like have a protein source, a complex carb and vegetable. If you can’t handle rice quinoa is an option as well. Very low on the glycemic index. Or brown rice. I make a lot of meat and veggie bowls. I do indulge in snacks from time to time. But in terms of managing PCOS the best thing I’ve ever done was starting a daily vitamin with myo- inositol in it. I use the pre mama brand.
