Implantation bleeding

Hello I need some help 😭 My period was due Friday 19th of April and it never arrived. Today is the 24th of April and I’ve had some “spotting” thought it was my period due to cramps but was hardly anything. I did a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative (was a cheap baby mad one and seen some bad reviews 🙈) Is this likely implantation bleeding or have I just missed this period although my periods are very regular. Thank youuuu

The only way to find out is repeating the test in abt a week or two

If your period is over a month late and you have not tested positive, it’s possible you just missed your period. You should go in to be seen regardless though, to be sure it’s not an ectopic or missed miscarriage. Implantation bleeding usually happens around 4-6 weeks and you would’ve already passed that point if you’re a month late and now on your second missed period.

@Sophie oh then it could DEFINITELY be implantation bleeding!! Schedule a drs appointment or buy a test from Walgreens! You could just be super early. I had my first ultrasound today and found out I was earlier than I thought

@Nakya ohhh thank you !! I thought implantation bleeding had to happen before a missed period 🙈 I’m 5 days late today. It’s hardly anything so I’m soooo confused. It’s not like my body at all 🤣 Ooo congratulations x

Buy a clear blue test. They’re always accurate. It sounds to me like implantation bleeding

I’ve had a “flow” today so just putting it down to a late period 🥲 thank you everyone x
