HRT ABSORPTION 🩷

When it comes to HRT, it's always worth remembering that it isn't a magic wand, nor is it a 'one-size-fits-all' thing! One of the reasons for the need to tailor HRT to your unique menopause is that absorption of a particular product can vary greatly from one person to another. For instance, I don't absorb oestrogen from patches well *at all*, but with Oestrogel, I'm fine! Some may find that their symptoms are controlled with a very small dose, and others may find that they need lots more!
