Asalaamualaykum as far as im aware you can't remarry your husband after a divorce unless you have remarried someome else after for the right intentions and unfortunately divorced again.. i would reach out to someone with more knowledge xx
Ermm?? You can’t remarry the same person other than if you marry someone else and then have s*x with that person and then get divorced from him and then you can remarry
Yes wali for you must be present and 2witnesses. Is there anyone in you family that reached puberty and you could trust him? If not, then imam could be your wali (the one who’ll do nikkah) or you can look for another authoritative Muslim leader who’s respected and of good character in Muslim community. Sister, you should not say, she cannot remarry. After khul she can remarry her ex husband, just after third time of talaq both of them won’t be able to remarry. As she’s doing nikkah we should assume that they know laws of it.
Salaam Sister Please be careful with saying they can't remarry Only in the case of 3 divorces/talaqs does the process of marrying someone else have to take place If there were only 1/2 divorces/talaq given, then you just need to do a new nikah The actual nikah process is very simple, and according to the hanafi madhab, a female adult can marry without the wali. £400 for a nikah online is very expensive, and you should try contact reputable imams or nikah service providers who can iA help you out with your situation

Sorry if I’m wrong here but I thought a woman cannot remarry her ex husband until she remarried someone else and then was divorced from that relationship.
