FET tomorrow 😬

Hi! I’m booked in for a FET tomorrow. I’m starting to feel nervous now and wondering if anyone has any advice e.g. best thing to eat, anything to avoid before and after etc. TIA ☺️ x

Best of luck!! I did mine in Jan, I rested as much as I could after but was back WFH the day after and found the distraction good. The afternoon of the transfer I did acupuncture and then lay on the couch. I went for a short walk each day as I waited, maybe 15mins. Try not to overthink the symptoms until you do the blood test, I felt so “PMS-y” but was pregnant! Wishing you all the best 🤍🙏🏼

Thanks ☺️ hope your pregnancy is going well!

I was so so careful after my first FET. It didnt work. For my second, the nurse joked that I could cartwheel home and it wont effect the success so I worried less. Walked and go the tube and train home after (1.5hour journey) I did have a day off work but moved and ate like normal. This one stuck around and is now asleep in my arms. Good luck tomorrow🤞 xxx

@Tess I did the same for my first FET, put so much pressure on my self and was incredibly cautious. It ended up being a chemical. Just had my second FET, and I’m so relaxed and living life as per usual. Took the day after off work to chill . Now just waiting until OTD 🤞🏽🤞🏽 @Amanda nothing you can do but wait . Easier said than done, but try not to worry . Avoid strenuous physical activities ! All the best . Hopefully it works out for us . Xx

Thanks ☺️ I think I’ve managed to relax. I really wanted to be mega careful, but I’ve just ended up getting on with life as normal. Just waiting now ☺️ xx

@L good luck to you too! When is your testing date? Xx

@Amanda in a week 🤞🏽🤞🏽 what about you ? All the best xx

Good luck. I have mine Friday.

@D sending you all the best wishes !! Xx 🤞🏽🤞🏽
