How long after EC did you do FET?

I had my EC and FET 4 months apart. I personally just wanted to wait to feel physically fully recovered

I did fresh transfer 5 days after collection. Ended up getting severe OHSS. If I could do it again, I would wait at least a month to give my body a chance to get the meds totally out my system before doing transfer x

I was recommended 2 bleeds, the withdrawal and then a period. Although they collected 26 eggs and the risk of OHSS was really high, I drank water and ate lots of protein as advised and although only 1 week past EC I feel great. Listen to your body 🫶🏻
