I would start buying everything little by little! I’m doing small chunks so I don’t get overwhelmed at the end

I was told to buy little by little and then do what is called a nesting party around 36weeks and have all close family and friends come help you get the nursery ready and help you do little tasks so that after you come home you don't have to worry about meals or having to prepare anything because it's all ready

I actually have the same question… see I live in a small 1 bedroom apartment and don’t have much storage space. I wanted to have our baby shower earlier then what typical so we could start putting things together and spacing it all out. However I know I need to personally buy things myself but I have no idea where to start. I’m curious to hear what you all say. It’ll help me out too!

Never too early to start

I literally just had a baby 8 months ago and I’m still stressed and all I really need to get is another crib mattress and diapers 😂 just start buying things with each paycheck so that you don’t have a huge bill at the end. With my first I started truly shopping at 20 weeks and had the last of her stuff at 38 weeks. I will say stress buying stuff is horrible idea because you end up with so much stuff you don’t need or won’t use.

I have the same question. @Kamari 💛What was the first thing you purchased?

@Eni the trip consisted of clothes, pacifiers, bottles, nipple cream, lotion and soap. I only got the bottle, lotion, and soap because I was told they were expensive when I was pregnant 😂
