Swimming with eczema

I’m wanting to take my daughter swimming as we’ve been making it a regular thing she was just diagnosed with eczema about just over a week ago. I’ve been putting stuff on it which has been helping her a lot and it’s not flared up anymore. Is there anything I can use before swimming to try protect her skin? I’ve no clue about Eczema myself nor my family have ever had it so I’m a little clueless. She absolutely loves the swimming but last time it made her eczema flare up that’s how I took her to the Doctors. Any advice anyone has would be greatly appreciated thank you x
