Miscarriage
I am 6w 4d today. I have had intermittent bleeding with blood clots and occasional abdominal pain for the last two days. I had an appointment yesterday they did an ultrasound which showed no sac but my hcg was 660. My obgyn thinks there’s a chance I can still be pregnant and this can be bleeding from implantation. she wants to repeat hcg test tomorrow. For those who have had miscarriages before how do I know if I have passed any tissue?
when I miscarried in 22 I knew immediately. I had first started bleeding shortly and then the next morning shortly after getting back from the ER, I started cramping to the point I couldn’t even get up. the clots would be very heavy. don’t stress until the doctor confirms though!
