Mum guilt
My mum guilt is kicking in really hard at the minute earlier whilst I was putting my sleeping baby into the car seat I banged her head on the handle of the car seat she is (5months old ) it woke her up but she didn’t cry now I’m really anxious I already suffer for post parturm anxiety and can I please have some reassurance that this has happened to anyone else ? She is still acting her self c

I caught mine on the cot mobile hanger when he was 11 days old. Things happen and if she seems fine she probably is. Mum knows a baby best so trust your instincts
Don’t feel fab. I bumped my babies head twice in one day recently, both of them made him cry a little but he was absolutely fine after! Accidents happen x

Don’t feel guilty - I’ve done something awful in the car seat . Actually worse than yours. Mistakes happen. Get her checked out for your reassurance if you want but I’m sure she’s fine x
