Back problems

Has anyone’s else’s back just gone to shit since having their little ones? I’ve always had a slightly bad back, but since having my little girl, I can’t even take my bin bags out without pulling my back. I’ve just painted my shed today and now I’m in so much pain. I don’t know if it has anything to do with having an epidural for my c-section of it it’s just because of carrying her when I was pregnant and it’s damaged my spine. It’s just so frustrating as I can’t even walk with her in a baby carrier for more than 5 mins without being in agony. Please tell me I’m not the only one 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

I've been having issues as well! I believe from the epidural, but I'm petite, and my girl was bigger (21 inches and 8.3 lbs) so it could be a mix of both. I also had back issues prior to being pregnant

@Courtney my lg was only 7.1lbs but I really think it was the epidural. This pain is just ridiculous, I’m struggling to put her in her cot when it’s like this 😂 like is it even worth going to the drs are they even going to be able to do anything about it 🙄😂

I had back problems before being pregnant. Somehow during pregnancy my back got better. Guess cause I was always leaning back to balance the weight of the belly🤣. Now, 4 months pp, it's killing me. It's even worse with having to bend over to change, pick/put baby down. Started stretching more to help with the pain. Even massages

Yessss I’m legit like this. When I sit down I have a sign of relief and I can’t be on my feet for too long. I cannot use my carrier cause my back just be killing me. I was induced and had a c section along with an epidural 😭😭

Yess I had the epidural do my back Is always feeling it.

Well I’m glad I’m not on my own here! It’s just so frustrating, it hurts so easily but I doubt there is a lot that can be done 😂 my back also got better during my pregnancy and had just gone straight back to shit after 🤦🏼‍♀️
