I don’t feel it either & I’m 7 weeks pp tomorrow & exclusively breastfeeding lol

Yes that sounds like it, you may notice it not feeling as strong from now on but that doesn’t mean your supply is lower just that it is established

I get a tingling in my shoulder blade on the right side

Everyone is different but the tingling sounds like it for you.

yes like a tingly rush to the nipple!

Depends.. when I breastfed get different than when I pumped. Also when I drank something nice and cold I’d feel it go down to my breasts lol. I loved that feeling too!

For me it was a tingling feeling and also an extreme thirst when my letdown happened. It wasn’t very noticeable though I didn’t even know that was it until I googled it!

Sometimes I get a tingle on my shoulder blade, sometimes not. The most obvious sign I get is a sudden feeling of thirst and tiredness

For me it’s tingling that gets stronger and a weird feeling in my left arm.

I never felt it loads, but then once my sister was crying and I felt like a pinch and started leaking!

Mine feels kinda like mini electric shocks coming down to my nipple, or sometimes like the inside of my boob is really itchy 😂
