Pregnant or Trigger

I had my trigger injection on the 19th April and my FET on 26th April. I couldn’t help myself and did a test this morning, which was quite a clear positive. I am wondering if this could still be from the trigger injection, as I haven’t “tested it out”. I’m currently 6dp5dt.

Hmmmm I’d lean towards it’s still early to be pregnancy

How positive was it? I would think at 6 dp it’s a real positive that’s 11 days of not a 5 day transfer … so I would think it’s true positive for sure

@Jacqueline it was a Clear Blue early detection test, it’s faded now as it has been a few hours, but the line was very visible. It wasn’t super faint.

@Ayyah So you think it would take nearly 14 days for the trigger to clear? I’m trying not to get my hopes up!

I think it’s probably a true positive … if it was the trigger it would very very faint … but it should be gone by now .. take another tomorrow and see if it’s darker or lighter

I read the Ovidrel pamphlet and it says it can stay in the system for up to 10 days, but other sites say 14. I think it’s best to test in another couple of days to check, but now I’m afraid of it being negative. My blood test is booked in for next Tuesday so I guess it’s not too much longer to wait 🤞🤞🤞

For me, Ovidrel stayed in my system for a full 14 days. I think it’s different for everyone depending on how fast your body metabolizes the medicine. Fingers crossed for a TP for you!! 💫

I had a trigger 13 days ago and got a negative test today. But I do know it's different for everyone. And an IUI trigger (what I had) could be different than a IVF trigger.

It's probably not the trigger but it can stay in your system for 14 days so it's just hard to say for sure

Did you take any other tests?

Girl those are definitely positive!!! Extremely positive!

@Jacqueline yeah, I think at this stage the trigger would be really faint. Praying for a true positive - 🥰
