Expectant management

Hello I've opted to wait for my miscarriage to take place on its own but I'm not really sure what to expect. At first I had some brown discharge and now I'm having very light bleeding that keeps stopping for a few days and then start again. Is this normal? I've not really had bright or heavy bleeding yet. The discharge started almost 2 weeks ago and then it was a whole week till a little bit of blood. Also no cramping so far. How long can the whole process be if waiting naturally for it to happen. It took about 3 weeks since diagnosis for the discharge to appear.

Yes it will keep doing that until completely red and you will feel the baby pass in the toilet, I’m going through it rn and it can lasts up to 3-4 weeks

It feels like blood clots , tissue coming out

I had a missed miscarriage and it took about 2 and a half weeks for it to happen after bleeding started. I'm sorry for your loss xx

It took me 4 weeks of waiting since diagnosed with missed miscarriage to actual miscarriage taking place. The wait was difficult but worth it in my experience. I feel like my body did it when it was ready, no complications at all after. I was having light discharge for 2+ weeks, then then tiniest bits of blood and all of a sudden contractions and heavy bleeding for 2-3 hours with completed miscarriage. Waiting for my body to do it naturallh gave me the peace I need it
