Still taking prenatal vitamins ?

Any mamas still taking theirs? I took my for the first 4 months after I had my son . But I stopped and I’ve noticed some changes in my hair … so my question is ..does taking prenatals postpartum cause any problems? Does it make me fertile or something ? Just a curious mom with weird questions. Thanks in advance

I’ve been taking the same prenatal for years. Since trying to get pregnant and now nearly 17 months PP. They are basically a multivitamin with extra folate to support pregnancy. I don’t think it makes a difference in fertility. I did notice when I take mine consistently my hair and skin are better as well as my mood improves.

Great thanks for the information. I just didn’t want to keep taking them if it was just going to make me super fertile

Hey Mama's!

Hey y'all! Just needing some besties! Don't message or comment if your gonna be dry during our conversation, there's been a lot of people like that lately. 😅 But, I have 2 babies and from Oklahoma! Let's get close and see where our friendship could go.

Do you like commenting on posts?

I love commenting, I love it so much. My husband thinks it’s weird but he’s a little older and never really been on the internet before haha

Do you feel like some people on here try so hard to argue why they are right even when they aren't? See below

I have been following a post on here and others in the past and came to the conclusion that some people on here just try so hard to "prove" they are right. I mean in cases when the other commenter(s) or the person who posted has either credentials, proper information, experience and what not. Sometimes you just want to comment and tell them to just give up already 😅 I swear some of y'all would argue with a surgeon and try to come up with ways he isn't a surgeon

I wish I could keep a friendship

I am extremely socially awkward & have almost a fear of being the first person to initiate a conversation .

I start overthinking..
Will this person even like me ?
Will they ghost me ?
Am I being too much ?

I feel so vulnerable bc all I want to do is build a village & form solid connections but the thought of losing a friend absolutely terrifies me .

My husband and I are both NC with family and my only 2 friends are on the other side of the world and sometimes it feels like they’re incredibly busy .

I just want someone I can check in on and check in with me too. Someone who can vent but also listen. Someone who will be there . Someone who I can just shoot a text to without judgement. Someone who understands the loneliness that is motherhood & is open to sharing experiences.

I feel so alone..

I have everything most people don’t have.. a house, amazing kids, a car, food, a dog, a good job.. but I feel so alone. My relationship isn’t great and hasn’t been for a long time.. I’m hurt. I’m isolated. I’m lonely. I internalise everything. I’m not acknowledged. I hardly even exist.. the good things I do get pushed aside & ignored and then I’m treated like I don’t do anything.. I go above and beyond ALL the time.. I’m not even half the woman I really am because I just feel like an unsupported waste of space..
