Has anyone heard about the Bishop score? Does your midwife discuss your induction options based on your results? (NHS)

I hadn't heard of a Bishop score until I was in hospital, and even then, it was never really discussed with me, I just heard the midwife mention it during the consultant's rounds and googled it.
In my hospital, the induction route was pretty standardised, and tbh I didn't get a say in anything that happened to me during the induction process. But from what I've seen on here, it does seem to vary greatly from health board to health board ☺️
