How do I know if I’m leaking amniotic fluid or if it’s just sweat?😂🙈🙈

it would be continuous and soak through underwear/pads, when mine started trickling i wasn’t sure at first so i gave a little push and a little gush came out, and that’s how i knew. that was at 38 weeks with my first though!
Yup, unfortunately for you the best way to check is to get your nose in there and have a good sniff!

I have heard that if it is amniotic fluid, it would not have any smell and it would be a lot (would not stop). My midwife also said that your pad snd underwear would soak through xx
