I threw up when we were driving behind a road sweeper this morning because my intrusive thoughts made me think about eating whatever it’s swept up 😳😳 have also been sick over: seeing a dog poo in the garden… The dogs eye bogey getting stuck to my leggings… My mum smoking a cigarette… The list goes on 😂
Craved hotdogs (usually hate hotdogs) went all the way to shop for hotdogs cooked and ate hotdogs immediately sick from hotdogs taste and smell

@Amirah my mind is so weird when I’m being sick my mind immediately thinks about having to re eat the sick and makes me sick more 🙄😭

I nearly threw up changing my toddlers No.2 the other day. I keep a window open and try to change as quick as possible 🤣
Changed my 2 year olds nappy this morning from his overnight nappy and the smell of his wee had me gagging 😂
