Scan nerves!
I’m due to have my first reassurance scan tomorrow morning and I’m completely overwhelmed with nerves! I’ve had some coloured discharge this week and spoken to both a&e doctors and midwife’s who have said it’s normal and 1 in 2 women bleed/ have brown discharge during pregnancy but I can’t shake the nerves! Feel like I’m going to be up all night!

A little bit of hope for you! I had 7 days of brown discharge and had a scan Friday and baby was okay 🥰 they said it was likely old implantation bleeding but gave me progesterone suppositories to use until 12 weeks as I’ve had miscarriages before - I did have to ask for them as they didn’t offer me them so be sure to speak up for yourself! Xxx

Hello, It is totally normal to feel like that. I lost my first in October 2023, and then we got pregnant with my second. We went for a ressurance scan i super nervous about it. I recommend doing your favourite thing night before that helps you relax and keep your mind busy. I do hope it all goes well. I have all my fingers and toes crossed for you. 💜 x
