Spanish rice

My Perfect Spanish Rice Recipe. 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the pan with 1 cup of jazmine rice, (diced tomatoes 🍅, onion 🧅, and garlic and garlic 🧄 optional) fry all together in a pan with a lid. I add 1/2 tea spoon of salt and 1 tablespoon spoon of Tomato Bouillon w/Chicken flavor and 1 teaspoon of cumin then add 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil on low/medium heat then once it’s boiling I turn down the fire to low put the lid on and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. You can add corn or peas if you want to. So delicious 😊
