Progesterone
Hey!
I am on progesterone but wasn’t told that it needed to be taken at the same time everyday. I have been taking it everyday without fail but usually whenever I wake up and whenever I go to bed which varies. Do you think this will be a problem?

I used to just take mine before bed and make it like a routine e.g shower, brush teeth, progesterone & bed so I didn't forget, I don't think it has to be bang on the same time but as close to. But nevertheless it's always best to seek professional advice x
Not a professional but I also have progesterone pessarys, they didn’t tell me to take it the same time, it just says twice a day, I do it morning & night but I wouldn’t say there’s 12 hours inbetween everyday xx
Yh they said the same to me, twice a day. So I do it as a routine but I don’t have a bed time or a consistent time I wake up! But I think from now on I will try and take it at a set time. Thank you all xx

Hmm, I suppose it will depend on the variation of time. I used to take mine 8am and 8pm so every 12 hours. I’ve been upped to 3 a day so I take it 8am, 4pm and 12am.
