How much does your LO understand?

So when my LO had his 12 month check up his personal social skills weren’t great. So one of the questions where can your baby give you a toy they’re holding when you ask them. He’s now 14 months (born at 36 weeks). He still doesn’t quite understand me when I ask him for example his spoon or fork so I can put some more food on. However if I ask him for his dummy he will take it out and offer me it. He’s getting reviewed on Tuesday and I can’t help think I haven’t done enough for help him improve on things. First time Mam guilt 🤦🏼‍♀️
