Any ideas?
Little one has teeth coming through and has been suffering with a rotten cough, runny nose and temp. Could it be from that?

Mine had similar except the rash in a different place & turned out to be a really bad case of HFM. I’d go to the GP just to get it checked
I did-twice. First time I was panicking over the high fever and they told me it was viral, and second time was when the rash appeared and they said Rubella immediately on looking at her
Shouldn’t be from that no. Is it just there? Hard to see from photo but could it be chicken pox? Have they had their MMR?
Have they had the mmr vaccine x
Slapped cheek is doing the rounds and this can cause a red rash like this (not sure if it can appear on their back) but is accompanied with cold like symptoms including a temp x

Not to freak you out but my little one had all those symptoms then the rash, and it turned out to be Rubella. Not saying it is that but her symptoms were a raging temp followed by the cough and snotty nose then lastly a rash which worked its way from her head/neck down her torso then all over. There isn’t anything they could give her so had to just ride it out with calpol and lots of fluids x
