Road trip travel essentials HELP!

My daughter and I are taking an 11 hour road trip to visit family. I typically break the trip up into two days,but this time I would like to knock out all in one what are some travel must haves. She is eight (she has tablet Nintendo switch and phone so we are set with electronics). I purchased attached picture for organization along with a travel tray to help with eating ect
