What I learned with my first is that you'll find what works for you. That you won't need/use everything you buy. And there will be things you end up needing that you didn't buy originally. I would pick a list and just go with it. And know that you may not have everything you end up needing. But really, at the beginning, you don't need much.
During the new born stage I had a caddy in a room me and my baby spent most time in.. in the caddy I kept nappies, wipes, cotton wool, a water bottle (this was so that I had water at reach if I was using cotton wool to clean babies bottom, it makes life easier) nappy bags, baby oil (for massage) baby vitamins, nappy cream , muslin cloth and a baby grow/ vest for an emergency.. keep your caddy minimal and simple with essentials you need as they can easily get cluttered
I don’t have a diaper caddy Cart/ if you do just put what you think you’ll need in arms reach. As for the list for baby newborn stuff all I really have for her are the super duper basics 1. Diapers 2.wipes 3. Crib 4. Crib sheets 5. Newborn clothes ( onsies, pjs, under shirt onsies, socks, gloves, hats/bows) 6. Bath tub 7. Bath essentials ( shampoo, body wash, lotion, wash cloths, bath cup) 8. Burp cloths 9. Bibs 10. Bottles 11. Blankets 12. Car seat 13. Stroller 14. Baby care kit ( comes with thermometer, brush, nasal things, nail clippers) 15. Diaper rash cream 16. Pacifiers Everything else I’ve gotten her are things that she doesn’t need but are nice to have like a bouncer or bassinet (bassinet is a need if you don’t want to get a crib). Bottle warmer, tummy time mat. Shoes, cute toys, etc. I could be missing someeee things but to me those are the basics
