Crawling
So I’m getting pretty discouraged my son will be 8 months on the 15th and he rocks back and forth like he wants to crawl but doesn’t anyone else experiencing this?

Mines 7.5 months and hasn't gotten on her hands and knees yet. She's pushing herself backwards during tummy time but that's about it but she can walk in the walker pretty well. So I'm taking the wins with the losses lol
Really you have nothing to worry about. Just to reiterate what Haley said, some babies never crawl and the ones that do typically crawl between 7 and 10 months. We have so much to worry about as mothers, try not to put added stress on yourself worrying about hitting milestones early. In a year you won’t even remember what month your baby started crawling 💜
Nothing to worry about! Lots of babies aren’t crawling yet. They all have their own pace!

My son does this too but he army crawls super well. Some babies don’t traditionally crawl, and some never crawl! I just read that some babies may not crawl until closer to 9-10 months. If you’re concerned I’d call your pediatrician and they can advise you further 🤍
